About Natural Soda

Natural Soda produces pure, natural sodium bicarbonate from its extensive nahcolite leases which cover more than 9,400 acres at our processing facility located in the Piceance Creek Basin in Colorado. The Piceance Creek Basin contains North America’s only known significant deposit of nahcolite and Natural Soda is currently the only company taking advantage of this world class resource. For customers and distributors, this means our recovered nahcolite guarantees you a pure and reliable source of natural sodium bicarbonate.

Natural Soda, with our access to this world-class natural resource, is a major producer of sodium bicarbonate products to the food, industrial and animal feed markets. Natural Soda produces pure, high quality sodium bicarbonate while ensuring the health and safety of our workforce and the protection of the environment.

Our Management Team

General Manager, Sodium Bicarbonate

REUBEN RUDISILL

Reuben Rudisill joined Huber Engineered Woods in 2010 and served various technical, quality, and operational roles. In 2015, he joined HEW’s Research & Development team, overseeing technical development and process innovation for ZIP System and eventually the AdvanTech brands. In 2025, he moved to Huber Engineered Materials and assumed the role of General Manager for Huber’s Sodium Bicarbonate business, where he has both operational and commercial responsibilities.

Before joining Huber, Reuben worked in medical device sales with Ethicon, a division of Johnson & Johnson. Reuben served five years in the U.S. Army as a Light Cavalry Officer, including one year of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. He held various leadership roles, including Platoon Leader, Troop Executive Officer, and Assistant Theater Level Training Officer.

Reuben holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the University of Georgia.

JACKIE DEITER

With over 25 years experience in the automotive, aerospace and chemical industries, Jackie Golding-Deiter is an experienced leader with a proven track record in marketing, business development, planning, strategy, and change management. A solution-oriented leader who has demonstrated success through business transformation and start-ups of growth initiatives for multiple Fortune 200 Companies.

Ms. Golding-Deiter earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and certification in Corrosion Engineering. She is an active member of the National Association of Corrosion Engineers and serves as a mentor for The Women in Manufacturing Global Intern Program.

ROY MCCLUNG

Roy has worked for Natural Soda since 2015, fulfilling roles in Distribution and Packaging. He became plant manager in May of 2024. He has over 30 years of plant management and industrial experience, with over 20 years in the Sodium Bicarbonate industry. He is a 5th generation resident of Western Colorado.

Roy is currently on the executive and finance committees for the Northwest Colorado Innovation Center, and served as mayor for the Town of Parachute for 12 years. He received his BS degree from Colorado State University.
